Such a scam

I have experienced first hand what people are trying to do on here. I placed a listing of an office unit and have had many responses. I decided to go with one who asked for my name and address. They said they were going to send me a check for the amount I was asking plus an extra amount. Then when I received the check, it was for 3 times the amount. I wrote the buyer and asked him why and he told me that he wanted me to pay the movers when they picked it up. All sounded fine until I went to cash the check. The guy told me to cash the check and then do a money gram to the movers and then went on to tell me that the movers were going to pick up other items from others around my area and that the movers would pay them. When I went to the bank to cash try check. There was an error and the manager came over and told me the check was fraudulent. Then he proceeded to tell me that people are trying to scam people by having them cash the check and send them a money gram and then the bank charges the person who cashes it for the whole amount so its a total scam. Be careful when people ask you for your name and address and phone number and that theyre going to send a check and then have movers come pick it up. And then when they say theyre going to send more money. And less they come to your house and give you cash dont fall for it
